Video news, living broadcast videos and commercial exhibition videos popularize with the development of the Internet. Meanwhile, their applications have been fully developed. But these applications always go with some drawbacks. For example, people cannot associate their network videos with existing and customized network information nor can people integrate other information and data on the Internet into their fixed videos. Thus what the videos display cannot interact well with the huge information resources the existing network holds. This also makes video content and presentation (expression) forms dull and isolated from other forms of data.
